Despite the fact that LaShan, most other psychotherapists, and the average person think that getting rid of beliefs permanently is very difficult, if not impossible, I have thousands of clients whose experience proves otherwise. To get a sense of how the Lefkoe Belief Process LBP works, please try the following mental exercise: Assume you are a very young child with parents who are very critical of you most of the time and who rarely acknowledge you for your achievements. No matter what you do, they focus on what you didn't do and how you should have done better. What would you have concluded about yourself by this time? If you are typical of most children, you would have concluded that There's something wrong with me or I'm not good enough.

For over 20 years we used essentially the same steps of the Lefkoe Belief Process LBP to help people eliminate the beliefs that were responsible for the undesirable behavior and emotions that kept them from fully enjoying life.
There were few changes in the LBP because it worked for most people most of the time. Before I can describe what that important change was, let me explain why the LBP works so effectively with most people to permanently eliminate beliefs.
When you form a belief you are giving meaning to events that really have no meaning. How can something not be true if you can actually see it in the world? The belief will not longer seem like the truth. As I said, this is how the LBP helped thousands of people eliminate beliefs for well over 20 years. This was a big mistake on our part. Actually, most people are a mixture of the two, with most people preferring one modality to the other. Am I looking for a sign that says [the words of the belief]?
I felt [the belief]. Once we understood this distinction, we added a few steps to the LBP especially for people who know reality primarily via their feelings and have revised those steps several times since Thanks for reading my blog. I wish now that I had recognized and articulated this fact earlier. Yes, eliminating beliefs does change many aspects of your life. And the more beliefs you eliminate, the more changes in your life. Thank you for you process! I rely more on my own interpretation than what my five senses tell me, if anything, I rely on the sixth sense.

It seems to work fine for auditory people. I am happy to see that you are looking for ways to eleviate eliminating beliefs for kinestethic people. And what I found out was the most helpful thing working with them, was to go through several alternative interpretations when doing the kinestethic step and not just one of them. It is not the best way, and it is time-consuming, but this worked way better then just doing the K-step once, so maybe that is the key with those people. Thanks for your feedback.
We are working on a new process for K people. As soon as it is tested and we know it works, we will make it available to everyone who took LMT Hi Morty. I also used ginkgo beloba which improved my memory and focus tremendously while doing all of this. My last belief I eliminated was the first one in your program, which I just could not figure out.
After removing that one, I can safely say that any other belief work is easier, which is why, I suppose now, that you have it in that order. Everytime I remove a belief I feel weird for a couple of days. Slightly annoyed would best describe it. Once feeling has worn off I notice very positive benefits in the longer term.

As for your visual kinesethetic quandry, lots of solutions for that, but I think your Sense process holds most of the answer. I agree with Al. I went to sleep and woke up feeling much better. Why The Lefkoe Belief Process Doesn’t Work For Certain People (And How To Fix This)
Many of you who have eliminated at least one belief using the Lefkoe Belief Process have asked me for more details on how it actually works. Feeling patterns could include fear, hostility, shyness, anxiety, depression, or worrying about what people think of you. Behavioral patterns could include phobias, relationships that never seem to work, violence, procrastination, unwillingness to confront people, an inability to express our feelings, sexual dysfunction, or anti-social behavior. Wherever I am, I should be someplace else, doing something else. I never do a good enough job.
Is The Lefkoe Belief Process a Fraud
For many years we thought that this was all that was necessary to eliminate a belief. But a significant number of people are emotionally kinesthetic: they know reality through their feelings. So a couple of years ago we added a new step to the LBP specifically for such people. The answer is always, yes. So we ask: What really caused the feeling? We get the client to realize that the feeling was caused by the meaning she gave the events , and had she given the events a different meaning, she would have had a different feeling. At which point, the belief is gone for kinesthetic people.
