Forum Rules. Remember Me? Results 1 to 8 of 8. Hi I'm new here. I'm a solo guitarist and would like to record my music onto CD and upload it onto the net.
I'm having difficulty bouncing the effects and the detail of the mastering settings and also I'm losing these effects when I record to the CD drive. I've tried everything but it seems to drop the lot and this results in a very dry and basic sound. The only way I can get these effects onto CD is by bouncing directly from the track I have armed at the time. I don't think this is the way the machine is designed to work and imagine that this method could be quite limited.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing this to happen and how to stop it? Regards E-K. Originally Posted by E-K. I don't intend to do rhythm tracks for a while but have had a fiddle around. I have noticed that some of the mic settings are named 'snare', 'tom tom' and other parts of the drum kit so I suppose that the unit must be set up for recording such things live.
All of those settings can be tailored in parameters such as EQ, mic distances, delay etc. To record the built-in rhythm unit you need to be in bounce mode. There is a tuition video for the so perhaps there is the same for yours too.
I used to have this machine before I upgraded to the BR, but it's basically the same machine only with more tracks. I can make a video with step by step instructions and upload it here if you'd like.
Solution found. Thanks for everyone's help. Originally Posted by rsmatth. Originally Posted by wickedimp.
